After reading about Julia's hospital bill [whew!], I checked my records. 
Well, for the delivery as well as 4 nights in the hospital [I started labour 
on the 5th, Khushi was born on the 8th and we went home on the 9th], the 
bill came to around USD 50.  The doctor was paid at the end of each 
consultation, the charges were around USD 7.7 for each consultation. :o)
