Well, my parents happened to recently move with eyesight of the Limerick
Nuclear Power Plant, in Montgomery County, PA.    I can tell you that this
area is positively booming with the influx of residents.   I suspect that
the availability of a reliable power source and the lack of air pollution
from a coal plant has at least something to do with it.
