You mean, there's another reason politicians should be turning
pro-environment?
Politicians shoudl be pro-environment for one reason - that the voters want
them to be. Admittedly, the politicians should not necesarily follow the
minutae of voter opinions on every issue, especially technical issues that
the voters clearly do not understand, but in broad outlines, the
politicians should represent the voters.
