I could be wrong, but I understand that the main
reason we still develop in chemical and biological is
so that we can come up with defenses to them. Maybe
Bush is taking that into account. Or maybe he was
picked on in school by a bunch of greens and euros and
he's getting his revenge now. haw! haw! haw!
