Lessie...power shortages! So what do we do? Cut consumption? 
NO. Increase generation and have the same problem next year?

Yup...American isolationism is somewhat scarey, considering what 
happened last time America really looked inwards...

Unfortunately, to have counters to them, we have to keep some on 
hand.

Of course, Britiain dosn't have any. I mean, it's just coincidence 
that if you're caught going into the army's class 4 (Read: Ebola and 
other similar nasties...) containment facility, the guards are 
suppose to catch you, but if you're on the way OUT, they have 
orders to shoot to kill...
