As I said before, the PROBLEM is we need to keep some of them 
arround in storage (and take them out and grow them in the lab 
opccasionally) because we need them to develop COUNTERS to 
bioweapons.

So yes, America and many other countries do have SMALL 
ammounts of nasty virii tucked away, and there's nothing wrong 
with that, given the rogue states who are trying to develop 
bioweapons...
