Now youu're talking *chemical* weapons, which really should be distinct
from bioweapons - yes in many ways they are much harder to police. Other
than defense - which only a vey few people have charge of and we all know
who they are I hope - there is much less justification for keeping deadly
germs around. There was this guy (white supermacist extremist) who was
caught ordering Yersina pestis (The Black Death) through the mail! He said
it was for making "defenses." Yeah, sure. Some folks here (in the USA - I
doubt non-US posters could be *that* anti-government) might believe him
but i don't.
