No it doesn't. Admit it, John, you just don't like it because the man was
driving a EUROPEAN car instead of an AMERICAN car.

Both are irrelevant. Hans can't buy food or pay the rent with someone else's
money, and the Nature Conservancy doesn't pay his bills either.

Well, then provide a REAL answer, not some mumbo-jumbo about other people,
other towns and what the government did 200 years ago. Heck, you didn't
provide *any* answer as to why he is now better off than he was before.
