only becuase of that renegade democrat guy....

changing the subject slightly - As far as *passing* legislation
goes....one senate vote isn't enough to override a presidential veto, so
the US governmment is still effectively Republican controlled. All the
Democrats can do is, as you say, let a House bill die now and then.
