Guess I wasn't all that "sorely misinformed" after all. Sorry Gautam, but
just because *you* haven't heard of BAT gliders doesn't mean they don't
exist. Time to give your knowledge of US military hardware an update.

Nope.  I was right, in fact.  The weapons that you are referring to are _in
development_.  They are not, in fact, useful on the battlefield yet.  I
obviously am not familiar with everything that might potentially be in the
American arsenal in the future.  The fact that the website you cited
doesn't distinguish between hypothetical platforms that might (or might
not) be delpoyed in the future and those currently in the American arsenal
does not exactly speak well to its credibility.
