There is an archive at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/brin-l. This archive 
is not complete, though -- it goes back to March 1998, while Brin-L started 
in April 1996.

Another archive is sitting on the harddisk of my laptop. This one goes back 
to September 1997; I'm still working on the period April 1996 - August 
1996. Once my archive has been completed, I intend to make it available 
on-line and/or on CD-ROM. But that will be a while...
