Heh, I write a LOT of my own background stuff, and I have over 500 
Sci-FI books to call on if I need inspiration. The system itself isn't 
really to my tastes either.

Dream Pod 9

The system they use is Silouette, the same system used in the 
Heavy Gear RPG. It's a good, but not amazing system.
