I would agree that a military response would be appropriate, but a
nuclear one? A nuclear attack by the U.S. would only ever be justified
in response to a nuclear attack by another country. Those responsible
should be hunted down and dealt with. Perhaps militarily, perhaps
with conventional bombs, but nuclear weapons are on another level
entirely, to be used as a last-ditch desperate measure to prevent
the conquest or destruction of our country in war.
In response to the warmongers out there, this is _NOT_ another Perl
Harbor. If this was, we would be facing a declaration of war from
the responsible country.
