Given that Clinton was president the last time the WTC was attacked, and
the response was reasonable and appropriate, I'm not sure he would.
And re your comment on Pearl Harbor -- I agree with what you say about
PH being a military target and the WTC not being one. I'd make the
stronger statement that it's not the same at all because the US was so
isolationist leading up to Pearl Harbor, whereas now the US has its
fingers in an awful lot of pies worldwide.
