Somehow this brings memories of WW1 -- when a terrorist act by an indidual
[who may or may not have had the support of a government] brought a war
between two states, followed by one after another state due to alliances.
Is it possible that some of these rogue states that support terrorism have
signed treaties of mutual defense with either Russia or the PRC?
