What about a cartoon whose heroes are palestinian muslims,
palestinian christians, and israeli jews, who must fight with
superpowers to defeat an invasion from Evil Extraterrestrians?

A *Crusader* isn't exactly the most politically correct image, methinks.
Considering the bloody, murdering, pillaging history of the Crusades and the
fact that The Catholic Church was responsible for them, any cartoon that
showed such a historical truth today would be attacked by by everyone in the
known universe for a variety of reasons. Heck, didn't the 4th Crusade
completely destroy the Byzantine Empire?
Of course, that's just my humble opinion.
