It represents the official bird of New York City.
Best seen in it's natural habitat when you cut someone off in traffic.
And a bird with a message for every terrorist or other enemy of the US and
decent people everywhere.
Or another way of looking at it, for those who remember the 1968 incident
when the _U.S.S. Pueblo_ was captured by the North Koreans: it is the US
saying to every terrorist, "Good Luck from the Aloha State."

God bless America,
Land that I love!
Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with a light from above.
From the mountains, to the prairies,
To the oceans, white with foam
God bless America!
My home, sweet home.
