And again, we have here a case where someone is replying to one of my posts 
without actually reading it first... And a patronising reply at that...

The question was whether whoever rebuilds the WTC should be paid only the 
real costs, or should be allowed to make a profit. I did NOT say that the 
people and companies involved should work without being paid.

Over here, wages are considered real costs; I assume it is the same over there.
