What about the workers?  If they get paid the going rate for construction
work, they make a profit.  Are they allowed to make a profit?  Who does and
does not get to make a profit off of this?  The contractors?  The steel
mills?  The concrete companies?  The companies providing waste disposal?
Give me a list of those you feel it would be appropriate to allow to make a
profit, and those you feel it would be inappropriate to allow to make a
profit, and I'll allow that you might be introducing a worthwhile point,
otherwise you're sucking wind, mister.
