I am quite sure that this has to be Pakistan.
The footage I saw yesterday was of the first World Food Programme convoy
making it into Afghanistan for at least a week or more - maybe since the
11th. According to WFP officials, they felt lucky to get in, make the
delivery, and get out.
The only markings on the convoy were U.N.-related.
