Bombing raids on seven cities, deployment of quite a lot of US and British firepower, and you call this "a fairly small, precise strike"? What does the US have to do before you call it a full-scale attack? Blanket-bombing the entire country? IMO, a "small, precise strike" would be a small-scale Special Forces operation to arrest Osama bin Laden -- not bombing raids on several cities. BTW, US-critical as we are over here, one thing that made the Dutch news was a report that 25 Afghani civilians were killed when a residential area was hit...
