Prior to the clarification in your last post I assumed that the
"they" in your statement "They don't deserve to be treated as
Prisoners of War, because Al Q'eda terrorists don't meet the legal
definition of Prisoners of War." referred to all of the detainees.
I can see that I was mistaken.
