Yep, Fry's sells what they call bare-bones systems. I think you add the CPU, memory and drives, so it's pretty much the same. Note that if you buy a hard disk, you can also get a copy of Windows at the OEM price, which is something like $40, IIRC. I've been thinking of buying a drive in order to try our XP...
