Which principles of democracy would be violated
in hunting and killing terrorists? AFAIK, this
is something that almost everybody wants!

This declaration is a piece of speciist bigotism :-)

But what Rights would be violated in hunting and killing
terrorists? *They* dont accept those rights, so isnt
a violation of their rights to force them to accept them?

I mean, suppose you get to the upper floor of a
builing and start shooting bystanders; also suppose
that you have some hostages, and eventually you shoot
one of them. If a policeman can shoot and kill this
killer, should he worry about his Human Rights?

That is a risk that I find unnaceptable.

But theres no bypass of human rights in hunting terrorists!

Bah. Next time you should use the Taliban Regime as
the example of Absolute Evil...

???????????

This is an oxymoron. A terrorist, by definition of
terrorism, is *not* innocent - he/she has been proven
*not innocent*!

Or maybe we are saying the same thing, but because
we are not native English speakers we believe we
are not?

Here in Brazil we can only call someone a <criminal
type> when he is proven to have commited this crime
*and* he has not been put in jail for that crime -
otherwise its perjury, calumny, or diffamation.

For example, the assassin of a famous actress is
almost fullfilling his (ridiculously small) time
in prison, and he is menacing to sue everybody that
calls him an assassin!
