BTW, your process to make an AI create another one *can't*
be simultaneously error-proof and take a finite time to compute.

For example, if at any point during the AI "reproduction" there
comes a point when it's essential to check, say, the primality
of a number, it's perfectly possible that no time in the Big U
could compute it.
