> <<As long as Israel keeps those territories occupied and keeps treating > the Palestinians there like third-rate people, peace in the Middle East > will not be achieved.>> > Facts, pls. Jordan also keeps part of "Palestine", keeps Palestinians > in refugee camps and treats them worse then Israel I was wondering how long it would take before you would try to divert attention away from Israel by pointing to a bad situation in an other country... So, how exactly does Jordan's occupation of "Palestine" validate Israel's occupation of Gaza and the West Bank? How does Jordan policy validate Israel's oppression of Palestinians? Is it "Jordan mistreats Palestinians, so it is okay for Israel to do the same thing"? > (facts - they try to get to Israel all the time - and not always to > blow up things - mostly to live and to work, yes under "Zionist > oppressor" <sarcasm>) Thank you for proving my point that despite your hatred of Arabs, not all Arabs hate Israel. I knew you would some day finally see the light. <grin> > - how this influence "peace in Middle East"? Do you believe, that 20 > Arab countries would stop wanting to erase Israel if there would be > Palestinian state? Probably not, but it would reduce Israel's problems. The Palestinians see themselves as a people under Israeli oppression; this is a perfectly valid reason for them to attack Israel. If they no longer live under Israeli oppression, they do not have to fight that oppression (because it is not there anymore). As a result, Israel can then focus its attention on defending itself against its neighbours, rather than having to devote some of its attention to those damned Palestinians who do not want to live under Israeli rule.
