He is a pretty smart guy; if he says there is a bias and distortion in the
US media that he did not see in the European media, I have no reason to
doubt him.

The BBC has an excellent reputation, actually -- as was shown once again
with the Sept. 11 attacks.

What we get here are reports about what goes on over there. Israel is waging
war against the Palestinians; how *can* there be anything good to say about
a country that behaves the way Israel does?
