It was closer to an imprecise shorthand. The suicide bombings were killing
people just living their lives. In the clashes between armed Palestinians
and armed Israelies, violence has typically been instigated by the
Palestinians. It makes sense, a non-violent status quo, as between the the
Oslo accords and the restart of the infatal by Arafat, greatly favored
Israel. It did not favor those who wanted to reclaim Israel as their own.
The rejection of an accord on the right to return and the favoring of
suicide bombing of civilians by the vast majority of Palestinains also gives
testimony to who favors violence.

Have you examples of Israelie soldiers simply opening fire in a crouded
marketplace?
