Do a traceroute to the originating IP.  The last network before DNET is
prserv.net.  The DNET routers don't allow reverse lookup, apparently...
probably because it is a defense-related network.

To answer Gautam's question:  DNET is Defense Telematic Organisation, about
which I'm not finding much of anything... except that I vaguely remember
that they were a customer of ours at Verity.  However, the administrative
contact's e-mail is at mindef.nl, which is the Netherlands' Defense
Ministry.
