I very much want to respond to this, but have to run to a late meeting.  For 
now, let me say this. 

a) I'm not a liberal and have mentioned this on list at least twice.  I don't 
expect you to remember that, but please don't assume unless you're sure ;-)
which leads me to 
b) what is it with all you conservatives that you automatically assume that 
anyone who disagrees with you is a liberal?  John Giorgis made the same 
mistake last September with me. 

(I'm joking about (b), of course, but it is rather amusing.  The two 
conservatives on the list have now called me a liberal when I disagreed with 
them on the list about something.  Didn't that go out in the late 80's after 
Bush squashed Dukakis?)

BTW, I most certainly do understand the difference between halting someone 
from doing something that's offensive or dangerous (censor) and criticizing 
them for it (censure).  It was at the heart of what I was posting!  
I'll post more later, when I have a second to breathe! :)
