Not even then, because you would then have to apply that rule every time, 
which could have some unpleasant complications. For instance, if a group of 
that size would say "Ken Coar is an asshole" and the rest would not 
explicitly say "we disagree", then that group's statement would have to be 
considered the opinion of all members.

No more than it is safe to assume the non-posters *agree* with that small
