So we are _finally_ getting to the point I want to make. BTW, in that statistics I may have counted among those that defended Eileens _right_ to moderate based on the List Etiquette, and the fact that lots of people complained about that motivated me to propose changing the Etiquette. My point [repeating again to increase my message count; maybe I will become the Alpha-Mail very soon!!!]: _if_ there are rules and _if_ we design people to enforce these rules, then we have to accept the application of these rules by those that were assigned to do it. _If_ the application of these rules by those that we appointed to do that caused some disagreement, its a waste of time to discuss the past, but we should discuss the present and the future, namely, either changing those rules or changing the executor of the rules. The Etiquette places that same weight on posting attachments or on name-calling and shouting, so if one List-Taliban oops List-Owner has the right to admonish me for posting an attachment, so another List-Owner has the right to admonish JDG for shouting [or name-calling, whatever] Alberto Monteiro
