The equality part is very libertarian as I pointed out in my earlier message, but condoning government surveillance under *any* circumstances will get you kicked out of most libertarian groups, at least as far as I understand things. I my original post I meant to point out that it was interesting that he had some traits that are *very* libertarian, but some that are *very* not. I suppose not mentioning the second part in my earlier email was probably not a good idea... :-) If my ideas about libertarianism are flawed, somebody please let me know. Or my ideas about DB and transparency, for that matter. I promise I won't be offended, I'm here to learn and grow. Thanks in advance.
