A similar campaign was carried out last year, targetting "career-first" fresh university grads. The government-run Social Development Unit (aka Single, Desperate & Ugly) sponsored trips to holiday resorts and the like, in an attempt to get them to meet and eventually form long lasting relationships, families and kids. The same economic competitiveness argument was used, but then again, that's the same reason the government gives for any big projects it carries out. Eileen
