The key word here is *supposed*. I am not under the impression that the
militant fundamentalists are listening to Arafat anymore.

That does not answer the question why the rabidly pro-Israel crowd
conventiently never mentions killed Palestinian children. Are they
considered collateral damage, perhaps?

I doubt they see themselves as soldiers in a regular army. They more likely
see themselves as guerrillas fighting the Israeli oppression.

If they are prisoners, then they are in jail -- as agreed in the Oslo
Accord. You did not answer the question of what to do with the prisoners.
