Because the goal of the leaders of the Palestinians, whether official or unofficial, is the extermination of every Jew in the Holy Land. (The unofficial leaders preach extermination openly. The official leaders preach peace to the West but use their Palestinian media organs to preach extermination to their people.) It's true that there are lots of Palestinians who'd rather have peace and coexistence, but they have no clout. Marvin Long Austin, Texas
