He didn't prevent terrorist attack, so we do it by ourselves. <SHRUG>. And pretty successfully - no dead civilians for about a week! Also some very interesting documents were found in Arafat's office. Documents connecting him to several terrorist attacks, which he codmemned. Ilana from Israel
