I was recently out and about looking at computer stuff, when something caught my eye:
a repackaging of a game that I had lost, called Planescape:Torment.

Well, talk about rediscovering lost loves. :) The computer gamers on the list are
probably familiar with it, but for those of you that aren't, it is arguably the best,
most immersive, and most original single-player computer RPG ever. The music, the
mood, the setting and plot are all, IMO, the best that a computer game could possibly
be.

I just wish the judge who declared that video games have no value could have played
this instead of just Doom and a couple of other similar games, he might have at least
seen what can be done with the medium. It really is like an interactive novel, and
well worth the 10 bucks and 50 to 80 hours it takes to complete.

Anyone else ever played it?

Jim
