My wife and I just had this discussion a couple of weeks ago.  We came to 
the conclusion that if there had been a comma after eggs, then the Sheesh 
would definitely not have been green unless it got left out too long before 
being cooked.  Without the comma, the freshness of the Sheesh is definitely 
open for debate. :-)
