I spend all my games budget on PC games as it is, and I haven't got 
Morrowind yet. *shrugs* Combine with the high price of console games 
and the fact that with my fairly unusual hardware setup, I have 
problems with some programs...

Also, I regulally download LARGE files like (recently) the NWN Tools, 
the Rational Rose demo and GMAX (again, grr. Was corruptted the forst 
time). So that isn't a huge issue.
