law.

To the best of my knowledge, what you are referring to is _alleged_ to have 
happened.  But I don't recall seeing without-a-doubt proof released that a 
Cardinal juggled priests in order to hide their discretions.  I may have 
missed something, but I believe so far what we've seen of  such evidence has 
been accusations and hearsay.  Look, I'm not defending these a$$holes (IMO) 
by any means, but you are speaking as if they have without a doubt  done 
these things, and I think that's wrong until they or the priests under them 
are convicted of something.
