Note: It is considered rude to talk about people as if they were not there while in their presence, even in the virtual world.
Note: It may have escaped some of you, and if so I will point it out, that Mark is suffering from some form of mental illness. You have plenty of evidence to support this and I for one see no other explaination that explains what I have seen. Note: If the previous note is true, then we would be neglegent in our duty to behave in a civilised manner if we excluded someone simply for being mentally ill. I can think of a certain former listmember who was a sufferer, and she was treated with great kindness for the most part, even when she was a bit offensive. Note: Mark has been a member on this list for quite a bit longer than I have been here, and was always fairly well behaved. I propose that we owe it to his long time good standing to give him or any longtime member a very long time to change his behavior to something less eccentric or somehow agreeable (less frequently complained about) to the rest of the membership. Note: IAAMOAC and I promote tolerance. Note: For the most part Mark has not involved himself in threads that were started by others. He pretty much sticks to his own threads. Note: The previous note means that it is easy to killfile most of Marks messages or even Mark himself if you are so inclined Note: If Mark is mentally ill then you banter with him at your own risk. Note: I apologise to Mark. I can only call them like I see them. But I am sorry if my opinions are hurtful. xponent Speak Your Peace Maru rob
