Well, we can follow the usual rules for dealing with someone that one cares about, but has started exhibiting unacceptable behaviors. If said person seems to be having boundary problems, it is a kindness for his friends to insist on boundaries. Thus, kicking someone off for, say a week, after proper warnings about bad behavior doesn't seem harsh. Indeed, if Mark is suffering from some mental illness, establishing boundaries in this manner is doing him a favor...at least according to people who work in the mental health field. Dan M.
