I would like for everyone to repeat after me:
"I hope that if I go crazy and become a pain for others to deal with, that I
would be treated with dignity."

I dont think that banning Mark would be a terrible thing to do.
Its possible that it could be beneficial to the list *and* to Mark.

I dislike the way Mark is talked about publicly in our forum.
There have been speculative accusations and much rancor.
Being that this is a public forum, everything that is said, is said
-in-Marks-face.
It is a kind of rude behavior, that while forgivable, is not typical of this
list.
Normally, if you have a problem with someone or something someone has said,
you confront that someone over the matter in question and some kind of
discussion ensues.
But in this sutuation, for the most part, people are discussing Mark with
everyone but Mark.

It makes me wonder.
If I suddenly went off the deep end, would I be treated like this? Would
Marvin or Julia or Nick be publicly rebuked in the third person in a similar
situation?

I ask everyone to not take this personally, I just find some recent
commentary to be a bit less than polite.
