Mark *has* been confronted with it repeatedly, both on-list and off-list,
but he does not seem to care. People *have* tried to discuss his behaviour
with him, but he only responds with more trolling.

We tried, but he is not listening.

I think they would first be asked off-list to better their behaviour. If
that would not work, then it would become an on-list topic.
