I'd like to add that we argue the point.  Not spend our entire lives trying
to prove that someone said or didn't say something in a previous post.  That
sort of "arguing" drives me to distraction.  People change their minds;
people post with a whole list of unwritten assumptions; people post quickly
without thinking things entirely through.  All of these could cause someone
to appear to contradict themselves (I know, I do it all the time), but point
it out but don't make a career out of proving it.
