It's not an exploitable phenomenon, unfortunately - but I think the article
said it could have relevance to the design of fusion reactors, or something
like that. They'd know what to shield against, at least.

I wonder what how this might effect the viablility of interstellar journeys,
like we read about in the best SF. Would these black holes interfere with
computers and other delicate machinery between the stars?
