No.
Most of the restaurants I eat in have low-flow toilets in them. I've
started noting brands & performance. The restaurant with the worst ones
I've dealt with has American Standard. The Tex-Mex place I had a late
lunch at on Sunday had a toilet that flushed very nicely, and I noted
its brand for future reference.
The toilets in our new house are Toto. None of them have been put to
the ultimate test yet, but so far, we're pleased with them.
