My sedan has a 5.7 liter engine. (Granted, I have a rather large sedan,

Seriously, I drive a large over-powered car because it's safer that way,
considering all the pickups and SUVs I'm sharing the roads with.
Now I *have* driven an MG convertible, but it belonged to a boyfriend.
The smallest thing I've driven in the past 5 years is my sister's 4-door
Honda (Civic?). But I married someone whose family believes in big
cars, partly because they're big people and a bigger car just gives more
people room. (I don't have that excuse. I'll use the power excuse for
mine. Oh, and my first car, when I was asked if I wanted a Ford Escort
or a Chevy Caprice, I chose the Caprice on the grounds that I could
transport more of my car-less friends. My current car is also a
Caprice, but it used to be a cop car, which is why it has as large of an
engine as it does. Not that I mind....)
