I doubt I will be a lot of help in this particular endeavor. My own
answers would vary depending on whether the current primary stressor was to
be found in the area of employment, romance, illness, or what. In
addition, I have a tendency to take songs and rewrite them with lyrics that
reflect the specific problem. Not necessarily good lyrics: just irritated
ones that I sing over and over, either out loud or when necessary
silently. And the result is usually not a lessening of stress.

In this case, there's always the classic "Take This Job and Shove
It." Though even there there are lyrics one can add to the official ones .

words have been added to the pledge of Allegiance... UNDER GOD. Wouldn't
it be a pity if someone said that is a prayer and that would be eliminated
from schools too?"
